I draw from a range of therapeutic tools, including EMDR, Brainspotting, and Play Therapy, and tailor our work to what best supports your growth. My experience spans working with children, teens, and adults in diverse settings such as schools, community mental health, intensive outpatient programs (IOPs), and with individuals impacted by sexual abuse, domestic violence, and military or veteran-related trauma.
